So… if you’re not good in Mathematics, then you’re screwed?

It seems like most decent-paying careers have a high concentration on Mathematics – Business, Accountancy, Medicine, Computer Technology, Engineering, etc.
What about those of us who are NOT good at calculations and the trivialities of Mathematics? Are we screwed, career-wise? What would you suggest we do?
