21-year-old Julia Ruscher is a math genius. Numbers have been her passion from an early age. Now she is studying at the Berlin Mathematical School, where she is involved in research projects in Israel and the US. Julia Ruscher’s area of expertise is stochastic processes, which seek to make sense of seemingly random occurrences. Her research focuses on the growth of animal and human populations. We spend a day with Julia Ruscher at university in Berlin and take a look behind the scenes at math research at the highest level.

    Wow. I admire her. Math is my most feared and hated subject. In all my life I’ve only enjoyed it once but that was high school Algebra and only because we had a great teacher from France. This woman is really awesome.

I have ABSOLUTE understanding of MATH. I have a HIGHEST possible grade point average from college. I’ve studied all kinds of MATH.     I told you, YOU BRANDED IDIOT, I am AUTISTIC. Using ALL CAPS is a habit of mine as it helps me to see the BIGGER picture in the formulation of my thoughts. I did NOT even know that using UPPER CASE was 1995. It took me MANY YEARS of practice to perfect what I’m doing which has absolutely NOTHING to do with FASHION fads. Quantitative MATH is SOOO last 5000 years. Forced CONFORMITY to any HUMAN invented system is also an ERROR of the last 5000 years. You PRIMITIVE APE.
